We advised Engie Energía Perú in a USD600 million loan granted by the International Finance Corporation – IFC to, among others, fund: (i) the acquisition of the Dunas and Huambos wind power plants, which have a combined capacity of 36.8 MW; (ii) the expansion of its 52 MW Intipampa solar facility; and (iii) the installation of a 26.5 MW battery storage system.
