We advised Banco BBVA Perú in its capacity as issuer and structurer, on the registration before the Peruvian Securities Market Superindentendency (SMV) of the First Issuance under Banco BBVA Perú's Fourth Negotiable Certificates of Deposit Program for S/ 450'000,000.00, as well as on the placement and issuance of Negotiable Certificates of Deposit for approximately S/ 90'000,000.00 under Series A of the First Issuance.
