We advised EQT Partners (through coordinations with Accura Advokatpartnerselskab) in the acquisition 100% shares issued by Chr Hansen S.A., through its subsidiary Holdingselskabet af 18. September 2020 ApS, as part of an international transaction for the acquisition of the natural colours division of Chr. Hansen Group.
