Miranda & Amado Abogados has advised Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A in obtaining a loan from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for up to an amount of US$ 41’800,000.00.
The transaction closed on January 13, 2017 and the proceeds disbursed under the loan will be applied to repay other credit facilities, as well as for working capital.
