Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Miranda & Amado seeks that all members of the Firm can develop both fully and equally and ensure a respectful work environment, which is free of violence, harassment and any kind of discrimination. 

To this end, we have established a Diversity and Inclusion Committee, which aims to design and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the Firm on a cross-cutting basis and to lead actions intended to strengthen integration among all individuals and make Miranda & Amado a great place for human development.

The Committee tackles four main themes of diversity:

  • Gender
  • LGBTIQ+ Community
  • Disability
  • Culture

Its main responsibilities include:

  • Promoting an internal culture of equity, diversity and inclusion and zero tolerance of discriminatory behavior.
  • Designing, managing and reviewing the diversity policy, strategy and actions.
  • Encouraging a culture of equal opportunities.
  • Following up on the implementation of diversity and inclusion practices in the Firm.
  • Implementing organization-wide diversity programs and initiatives.
  • Designing diversity and inclusion communication plans as a value proposition.
