Represented Pesquera Exalmar in the negotiation of a Syndicated Loan Agreement with BCP, Interbank, BanBif, DNB, Rabobank and Santander for US$ 150 million, which was used, among other things, to buy back US$ 59 million of the Senior Notes due 2025, with Santander acting as Dealer Manager.
