Her professional practice focuses on contract drafting, legal due diligence of rural and/or urban properties, title studies, and advising on administrative sanctioning procedures. She also has experience in the construction sector, having advised companies on the expansion and diversification of their operations across Peru. She joined the firm as an associate in 2026. Previously, she served as legal counsel at Universidad Tecnológica del Perú until 2026 and was an associate at DLA Piper from 2022 to 2024. Rosa holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has a specialization in Registry Law from the same institution. Her native language is Spanish and she speaks fluent English.
