His professional practice focuses on litigation and arbitration. He has 10 years of experience representing clients in local and international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, CCL, AMCHAM, and PUCP rules, in complex disputes involving contract law as well as regulatory, energy, mining, infrastructure projects, construction, and hydrocarbons matters. He also advises clients in judicial litigation concerning commercial, civil, and administrative disputes. He joined M&A as an Associate in 2016. In 2024, he completed an internship at Oppenhoff & Partner in Hamburg and Cologne. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an extraordinary member of the Thēmis Civil Association. Jose Antonio holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an LL.M. in International Arbitration from Bucerius Law School. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English and Italian.
