Jose Antonio focuses his professional practice on high-stakes litigation and arbitration. With over 10 years of experience, he has represented clients in local and international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID, CCL, AMCHAM, and PUCP rules, handling complex disputes involving contract law, energy, mining, hydrocarbons, infrastructure, and construction, as well as regulatory matters. He also advises clients in judicial litigation concerning commercial, civil, and administrative disputes. He joined Miranda & Amado as an Associate in 2016 and completed an internship at Oppenhoff & Partner in Hamburg and Cologne in 2024. He holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an LL.M. in International Arbitration from Bucerius Law School. He currently serves as a Civil Law Professor at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and is an extraordinary member of the Thēmis Civil Association. His native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English and Italian.
