Her professional practice focuses on competition law, with particular emphasis on free competition, merger control, and the elimination of bureaucratic barriers. She also provides counsel on regulatory and administrative law matters, as well as data privacy. A Partner at Miranda & Amado since 2022, she joined the Firm as an Associate in 2018. Previously, she worked at the law firm Bullard Falla Ezcurra (2011–2018) and at the Specialized Chamber for the Defense of Competition of INDECOPI (2008–2011). Fiorella was also a member of the Regulatory Policy Clinic at New York University (NYU) in 2014. She holds an LL.B. from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and an LL.M. from New York University, where she was awarded the Dean's Award. She has taught the Economic Administrative Law course at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, and is currently a part-time lecturer at Universidad del Pacífico. She has also published articles and has spoken at several academic forums on administrative law, regulatory impact, elimination of bureaucratic barriers, and free competition. A native Spanish speaker, she is fluent in English and speaks French at an intermediate level.
