FABIANA VITTORIA

Her professional practice is focused on regulatory and administrative matters. She has gained an important legal and technical knowledge in regulated sectors such as fishery, pharmaceutical, agroindustry, education and specially in telecommunications. Regarding the latter, she has also been involved on projects related to the deployment, access and shared use of active and passive telecommunication infrastructure, supervision processes carried out by OSIPTEL, administrative procedures with tax implication, dispute resolution between companies as well as the obtaining of permits, licenses and related authorizations required in the sector. She joined the firm as an Associate in 2013. Fabiana is lawyer from Universidad de Piura. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English.
