His professional practice focuses on representing clients in investment arbitration. International and national commercial arbitration and judicial proceedings. Diego’s work mainly encompasses commercial conflicts across various sectors, with extensive experience in construction arbitration in the telecommunications field and civil litigation. He joined Miranda & Amado as an associate in 2018. Before, he worked as an associate at Priori & Carrillo Abogados since 2014. Diego graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), and holds an LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, as well as a specialization diploma in International and Investment Arbitration from the Universidad del Pacífico (Perú). He has been an adjunct professor in Conflict Theory, General Theory of Procedure, and Civil Procedure Law courses at PUCP. Also, he was part of Themis Law Review in 2011 and 2012. His native language is Spanish and he is fluent in English.
