Her professional practice focuses mainly in Corporate and Financial Law, having counseled national and international companies on corporate, commercial and financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, company reorganizations and insolvency matters. Moreover, she has extensive experience in intellectual property. She joined Miranda & Amado as an Associate in 2022. Before joining our Firm, Mariapaz worked as a lawyer at LeiOS, in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice areas (2021-2022) and was a legal intern at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano, in the Corporate (2019-2020) and Intellectual Property (2018) practice areas. Mariapaz graduated from Universidad de Lima, with a major in Corporate Law, and earned her degree in 2021 with honors. She is a native Spanish speaker, is fluent in English and German.
