A SAMPLE OF OUR EXPERIENCE

  • Advised DNB Bank ASA and Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., as arrangers and lenders, and Banco de Crédito del Perú, Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. and Banco Santander Perú S.A., as lenders, in connection with a syndicated credit facility for the amount of USD 137'000,000.00 in favor of Pesquera Diamante S.A.
  • Advised Pesquera Exalmar, as borrower, in a syndicated loan of USD 110 million.
  • Advised Banco de Crédito del Perú – BCP and Banco Internacional del Perú - IBK, as lender, and Credicorp Capital and IBK, as arrangers, in the loan of USD32.5 million granted in favor of Capital Center S.A.C.
  • Advised Unión Andina de Cementos in the loans granted by Banco Santander, BBVA Continental, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Citibank and The Bank of Nova Scotia for a total of USD 736 million.
  • Advised Natixis (acting as Mandated Lead Arranger) in connection with the renewal of the syndicated loan facility granted to Trafigura Peru S.A.C, by means of which the facility amount was increased to US$ 530 million. The amount of the facility may be increased up to US$ 830 million.
  • Advised International Finance Corporation (IFC), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Inter-American Invesment Corporation (IDB Invest) as lenders in the financing for approximately USD 100 million in favor of companies belonging to the San Miguel agro-industrial group.
