His professional practice is focused on advising companies in connection with preventive queries and litigation in the fields of competition, regulation and public law, consumer protection, data privacy protection, and intellectual property. He is an associate of Miranda & Amado since 2013 and in 2017 he undertook a Secondment Program, holding the position of associate in the areas of Competition & Intellectual Property, Technology, Communications & Data Privacy in Gómez-Pinzón (Colombia).
Omar is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Regulation from London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as a diploma in Regulation and Competition from Universidad de Valladolid.
