Miranda & Amado takes part in the 9th Latin American Arbitration Congress
From April 28th and until the 30th, the Ninth Latin American Arbitration Congress is taking place in Lima, organized by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration (IPA) and the Spanish Club of Arbitration.
Jose Daniel Amado, as President of the Advisory Board of the IPA and member of the Academic Committee, was in charge of opening the event. In the table of honor he was along with Carlos Soto Coaguila, Executive President of IPA; Juan Ramón Balcells, General Secretary of Telefónica del Perú; Caroline Costa, Deputy Secretary of the Center of Arbitration of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce; and Juan Serrada, President of the Civil and Commercial Arbitration Court – Spain.
Additionally, Mauricio Raffo chaired the first panel of the event, about challenge and abdication of arbitrators.
