His professional practice is focused on structuring, negotiating and implementing transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations and corporate law. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2012. He worked as an International Associate at the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from 2017 to 2018. Mariano is lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University Law School. He has been an adjunct professor of Legal Entities and Advanced Corporations in the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru Law School. He was Editor-in-Chief of Themis Law Review.
