His legal practice focuses on competition law, unfair competition, consumer protection and intellectual property. His advisory comprises investigations and administrative proceedings before the decision-making bodies of the Peruvian competition Agency (INDECOPI). Moreover, he has experience in market regulation (electric and telecom sectors) and data protection regulation. He joined the Firm as an associate in 2022. Previously, he worked as a legal executive in the National Directorate of Investigation and Promotion of Free Competition of Indecopi (2020 to 2022). Jorge is a lawyer by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru – PUCP and has an LLM in Law and Economics by Utrecht University. He was a teaching assistant in Tort Law at PUCP in 2016 and 2017. His native language is Spanish and he es fluent in English.
